The steps for a bankruptcy matter:
1) Download our FREE Bankruptcy Client Intake Forms.
Have your bankruptcy client complete the forms. (Many Legal Assistants have used these Bankruptcy Client Intake Forms in THOUSANDS of bankruptcy matters.)
2) Review the Client Intake Forms for missing client information and/or documents.
3) Return the completed Client Intake Forms to us, along with the * Credit Counseling Certificate(s); and
* last six months of paystubs or proof of income.

4) One of our Legal Assistants will contact you to briefly review the case, set a quote, and get any special instructions from you.
5) We will draft a bankruptcy petition for you, and deliver it to you by Email.
6) Please review the drafted bankruptcy petition with your client, and if there are corrections to be made, let us know as soon as possible. After your review, we can also directly Email the drafted petition to your client - if you so choose.
7) Once you have approved the bankruptcy petition, it can be electronically filed with the Court. If you wish, we can also send your client a filed copy for their records.
